Our client is looking for a Legal Secretary with strong corporate services/ corporate administration background (this is not an ‘office administrator’ role). Candidates with business set up/company formation experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide corporate administrative services including organising and filing of constitutional documents, ensuring corporate records are current, in compliance and in good order
  • assist in preparing documents such as resolutions, minutes etc
  • Completing/coordinating licensing and regulatory applications
  • Coordinating with banks and arranging KYC documents
  • Maintaining register of members/directors and officers
  • Preparing resolutions, taking/drafting/circulating minutes
  • Ensuring that annual company, business, filing, and license fees payable in accordance with the relevant legislation are collected and remitted to the regulatory authorities
  • Assist with preparing applications for incorporating companies including the opening of bank accounts and the execution of related documentation relevant documents
  • Provide general office administrative and secretarial support

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • At least 5 years of corporate administration experience within a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
